Transaction limits are dependent on the mainnet and currency. This can be previewed before entering the transaction amount.
When you swap assets on Bitget Swap, there are two types of transactions: on-chain and cross-chain swaps. The minimum amount for a single transaction on the same chain is typically no less than 5 USDT (although the ETH chain is no less than 30 USDT), and no more than 10,000 USDT. For cross-chain swaps, a single transaction limit is typically no less than 30 USDT (with the exception of ETH at no less than 500 USDT), and no more than 80,000 USDT.

Why do Bitget Swap prices differ from exchange prices?
Prices on an exchange are typically affected by the cryptocurrency's activity and trading volume. Before a swap is executed, Bitget Swap allows you to preview the transaction and does not charge additional or hidden fees.

Every transaction has a gas fee, but Bitget handles this automatically with your existing stablecoin balance in your Bitget Swap account. In this way, you don't need to account for extra funds in the chain token for the gas fee.
-
How is slippage calculated?
Bitget uses an algorithm based on current liquidity conditions to give the lowest slippage for swaps.
-
What does the 'insufficient balance' error message mean?
Just like spot trading, you'll need a certain amount of assets in your Bitget Swap account to execute a swap. For example, if a token is priced at 100 USDT, you'll need at least 100 USDT in your Bitget Swap account to buy one token. If you don't have enough funds in your Bitget Swap account to initiate the swap, you'll get an 'insufficient balance' error message to remind you to deposit funds into your account.
-
What chains and currencies are currently supported on Bitget Swap?
Bitget Swap supports eight different chains, including ETH, BSC, Polygon, OP, Fantom, Klay, OEC and HECO. Bitget Swap supports cross-chain swaps for all of these chains except for Klay and OP. As such, users have access to over 10,000 different coins and tokens. Bitget Swap also aggregates more than 10 of the most popular DEXs including Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Curve and SushiSwap, giving you a rich funding pool for high liquidity exchanges.
-
What is the 24-hour inflow of tokens?
Similar to trading volume, token inflows represent how often a token is being purchased. More participation within the market means the token is more active, and traders can glean from that information to predict whether a coin is bullish or not. Of course, there are many market indicators and so token inflow is not necessarily a sign of bullishness, so traders should exercise caution and use all resources available. Furthermore, token inflows don't necessarily lead to higher prices. A token may have bottomed out, causing an inflow from investors, but it could also become a pump-and-dump scenario.
-
Can I get information on certain tokens?
One of Bitget Swap's best features is that you are armed with information when you swap assets. Many of the coins and tokens available on Bitget Swap come with background information, trading details, and links to further resources. Simply select the Coin details tab on the web app for more details.
-
How can I assess a new or unlisted token's potential for growth and investment?
Great question. This is not financial advice, but we always recommend our users to DYOR (Do Your Own Research) and understand the risks before investing in any asset. Traders can ask themselves a few basic questions, like whether the project solves real-world problems, or whether you understand what the project actually does and if it has utility in your own life. It's also worth considering whether the project has multiple or diverse use cases, and whether there's community engagement or project evangelists. Web3 projects in development can be risky, and it's always worth reviewing the whitepaper, website and team that is driving the project.
