Milkomeda A1 (Algorand) validator will be shut down in late May next year
Milkomeda announced on X platform that Milkomeda A1 (Algorand) currently cannot generate enough fees to pay for its validator's operating costs. Milkomeda A1's validators will be shut down in late May 2024, and all those who have funds on A1 are advised to transfer their funds within the next six months. In addition, Milkomeda believes that Milkomeda C1 (Cardano) has the potential to be completely independent and sustainable, and can generate enough fees through transactions and delegation to maintain network operations.
