The ApeCoin DAO community is conducting a new proposal vote on Snapshot to decide whether to continue with the proposal results called "ApeChain: Select Builder to Build ApeChain". The purpose of this proposal is to select a supporter to build an exclusive ApeCoin blockchain "ApeChain", aimed at expanding APE and supporting the growth of the ApeCoin ecosystem. The deadline for the new proposal vote is February 8th, and the current approval rate is 93.66%. The vote for the "ApeChain: Select Builder to Build ApeChain" proposal is divided into two options: voting in support is to approve the continuation of the voting process for the proposal; voting against is to not approve the continuation of the proposal voting and delete the snapshot record.
It is worth mentioning that Polygon Labs, Optimism co-founders, and the Arbitrum Foundation have all proposed to ApeCoin DAO to use their technology to develop L2 blockchains.
