Obol Labs: The Obol DV cluster of the Lido simple DVT testnet has met the deployment requirements of the Ethereum mainnet
Obol Labs announced on the X platform that it has completed the "Lido x Obol Simple DVT - Wave 1 Test Report". The Obol DV cluster in the Lido Simple DVT test network on Holesky has met the deployment requirements of the Ethereum mainnet. This module is the first mainnet module added to Lido V2.
It is reported that the test involved 32 DV clusters, 196 participants, and 3,100 validators over a period of 69 days. The test on Holesky is to prepare for the deployment of the SimpleDVT staking module on the mainnet, using Obol DVT as the technical primitive to achieve diversification and scalability of node operators, while significantly reducing risk and improving Lido's resilience, scalability, and decentralization. With the Obol Simple DVT cluster meeting the minimum requirements of Holesky, the Simple DVT module will be deployed on the mainnet.
