US Judge Approves Confidential Settlement between BlockFi and 3AC
A US judge has approved a confidential settlement between BlockFi and Three Arrows Capital (3AC), ending their long-standing financial disputes. Both companies had been involved in a legal battle over financial disagreements, with BlockFi claiming that 3AC owed them $129m and 3AC claiming that BlockFi was indebted to them for $280m. The settlement details have been sealed to protect the strategies involved and honor the ongoing foreign bankruptcy proceedings of 3AC. With the settlement approved, BlockFi can proceed with the distribution of assets to its creditors.
