Zero-knowledge native blockchain protocol QED announced the completion of a new round of funding of $3 million. Arrington Capital, the hedge fund owned by TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington, led the investment, with industry projects such as Starkware and Draper Dragon participating. It is understood that the core of QED's innovation lies in the unique integration of modular arithmetic in TapScript, which enables decentralized applications to prove transactions locally through "smart signatures" similar to smart contracts, support on-chain calculations with fixed gas fees, and ultimately introduce a completely trustless and zero-knowledge application function in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
