The U.S. SEC will make a decision tomorrow on Fidelity’s Ethereum spot ETF application
On March 4th, according to the official website of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the SEC postponed the final deadline for making a decision on Fidelity's Ethereum spot ETF application from January 19th to March 5th.
The SEC stated that it was necessary to designate a longer period of time to take action on the proposed rule changes in order to have sufficient time to consider the proposed rule changes and the issues raised therein.
