DCG plans to file an application to dismiss related lawsuits initiated against it by the New York Attorney General
Barry Silbert, CEO of Genesis Global Capital's parent company DCG, has proposed to dismiss the lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James against DCG. According to documents submitted by DCG, after Three Arrows Capital and cryptocurrency exchange FTX collapsed, DCG did not withdraw its investment from Genesis but contributed approximately $1.4 billion (at today's prices) to the affected business.
