Range Protocol Launches Skate, a Universal Application Layer to Address Application Fragmentation in the Multi-Chain Landscape
Range Protocol has introduced Skate, a universal application layer that enables apps to operate on numerous chains with one state. The application layer aims to tackle application fragmentation by serving as a single hub for all code deployment across all chains, introducing the concept of a Universal Application Scope. Skate is supported by top web3 players and will provide faster finality and universal application scope. Skate functions as a hub for deploying, developing, and maintaining a single version of smart contracts while serving users across diverse chains, and is the only intent-centric application layer in the ecosystem. Range Protocol's $3.75M seed round was led by HashKey Capital and Nomad Capital.
