Crypto market maker GSR obtains Singapore payment institution license
Cryptocurrency market maker GSR has been granted a major payment institution license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Song Xin, CEO of Golden Sand River Singapore, stated in a statement on Thursday that the company is one of the first to receive a major payment institution license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
This license will allow the company to conduct spot over-the-counter trading and market making services within the regulatory framework of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Golden Sand River Singapore received a principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore in September last year.
