BitUniverse intends to acquire a series of shares to further enhance its technology reserves and R&D level in virtual asset trading services
BitUniverse (08645.HK) issued an announcement on April 15, 2024 (after trading hours), stating that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding with the seller. This includes: Mr. Zhao plans to sell and the company plans to purchase the waiting-for-sale share A; Mr. Li plans to sell and the company plans to purchase the waiting-for-sale share B; and Korea Land Trust Company plans to sell and the company plans to purchase the waiting-for-sale share C. The consideration will be paid by the company (or its designated subsidiary) in cash; or the company will facilitate the issuance and issuance of fully-paid shares as the consideration for the payment of the share capital; or a combination of the above methods will be used to pay Mr. Zhao, Mr. Li, and Korea Land Trust Company in accordance with their respective shareholding ratios in the technology company upon completion.
