Since April 1, the whale has continuously withdrawn ETH and stablecoins from Binance, and has so far withdrawn a total of 69,388 ETH and 265.8 million U stablecoins from Binance; 2. On April 14, it bought 23,790 ETH on the chain using 70 million USDC (but sold 10,000 of them for a profit of $1.15 million in just over ten hours); 3.
