io.net announces that it will remove some virtual GPU accounts
Solana's DePIN protocol io.net announced that they have become aware of the virtual GPU abuse on the network. Their security team has automatically flagged these accounts and will remove some of them today. io.net will continue to keep some accounts on the network in order to protect their detection methods. Virtual GPUs will not receive rewards and real GPUs will not be diluted as a result. io.net reminds users not to purchase virtual GPUs sold by sellers.
