Arbitrum Community Releases Proposal on “Adopting RIP-7212 for Passkey-Based Wallets”
On April 21st, the Arbitrum community released a proposal regarding the adoption of RIP-7212 by Passkey-based wallets. The proposal states that adopting RIP-7212 will reduce the cost of using Passkey-based wallets on Arbitrum One and Nova, making it more feasible for daily use, and allowing DApp developers and protocols to provide a better user experience. Compared to typical EOAs, Passkey-based wallets offer better security levels and seamless cross-device support.
