BlackRock ETF Wallet Has Received Over $20,000 in Runes Token Airdrops
According to data disclosed by Arkham on the X platform shows that BlackRock's ETF wallet has received a Rune token airdrop worth over $20,000. The data shows that at the beginning of this week, BlackRock received a total of 1,887,240 RSIC•GENESIS•RUNE tokens. Based on the current market price (16.9 sats), the value of the runes held by BlackRock exceeds $20,000. It is reported that this is because BlackRock's two ETF addresses accidentally held four bitcoin ordinal inscriptions called "RSIC," which distributed the Rune tokens to their addresses in the three months before the halving. The RSIC inscriptions themselves come from Coinbase Prime's hot wallet, and were originally airdropped to Swissborg because they had other Ordinal series in their wallet. So far, there is no evidence that BlackRock knows or has access to these runes.
