Since their listing, the 10 U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have accumulated about 548,556 BTC, worth over $36 billion

News on May 20, since their launch in January 2024, the ten new Bitcoin spot ETFs in the United States have accumulated a total of 548,556.62 BTC, valued at $36.71 billion. In addition, Grayscale's GBTC currently holds 288,954.39 BTC. These eleven funds (GBTC、IBIT、FBTC、ARKB、BITB、HODL、BRRR、BTCO、BTCW and DEFI) together hold a total of 837,511.01 BTC worth $56.05 billion which is equivalent to about 4.25% of the current circulating supply of approximately 19.7 million BTC.

Excluding GBTC, BlackRock's IBIT leads with holdings of 27619003 BTC followed by Fidelity's FBTC holding15677230 BTC as per data till May19th ,2024 . ArkInvest and21share’s ARKB jointly hold47230BTC while Bitwise BITB has3574904BTC.VanEck HODL is the fifth largest holder excluding GBTC with958763BTC.Valkyrie BRRR holds856129BTC whereas ProShares’ BTCO has6977BTC.Franklin Templeton’s EZBC follows closely behind with6148BTCholdings while Wisdomtree’s BTWC holds around116302.BTCHashdex spot Bitcoin ETFDEFIholds least amount1783.BTCApart from US Spot Bitcoin ETFs three Hong Kong based Spot BitcoinETFshave collectively bought40636.BTCAmong them ChinaAMC Funds holds1950BTCHashkey Fund managed by Bosera Asset Management has1119Bitcoinand Harvest Fund Management owns9946.Bitcoin.(Bitcoin.com)
