Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Digital Hong Kong Dollar Pilot Program Phase Two Applications Concluded Last Friday, Interviews May Start This Month or Next Month
PANews reported on May 20 that according to the official website of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, applications for the second phase of the "Digital Hong Kong Dollar" pilot program were required to be submitted via email by last Friday, May 17, 2024, or earlier. This means that the relevant application period has now ended. The Monetary Authority stated that interviews with shortlisted applicants are expected to take place in May or June 2024, with details to be notified to the shortlisted institutions later.
