Since May, Only 757 New ENS Addresses Have Been Added, Marking a Significant Decline Compared to the Previous 11 Months
PANews reported on May 21 that Dune data shows that so far in May, the number of new addresses for Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is only 757, a significant drop compared to the monthly new address numbers in the previous 11 months. Historical data shows that the number of new ENS addresses in April reached 44,590, marking the second-highest record in the past year. Additionally, so far in May, the number of ".eth" domain registrations has exceeded 23,000, higher than the level in March this year.
Previously, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin mentioned on social media that ENS is Ethereum's most successful non-financial application, but he doesn't understand why more people are not interested in it.
