Fetch.ai launches AI agent-based recruitment solution Fetch Recruitment
PANews reported on May 21 that according to the official blog, the Web3 protocol Fetch.ai, which focuses on artificial intelligence, announced the launch of Fetch Recruitment: an end-to-end recruitment solution based on AI agents. Fetch.ai's AI agents take over repetitive tasks that traditionally overburden HR and can streamline the recruitment process for recruiters and candidates through a series of intelligent workflows. Fetch.ai's agents are not just automated scripts—they are intelligent entities capable of learning and adapting to different recruitment scenarios. This adaptability allows them to handle complex tasks more efficiently and accurately than standard automation tools.
Fetch Recruitment integrates the following: 1. Integration with OpenAI: JD agents use Chat GPT-4 to write job descriptions based on user input; 2. Integration with Langchain: Langchain acts as an orchestrator or integration layer for language processing tasks. 3. Integration with DeepGram and ElevenLabs: This means AI agents can use these integrations to convert spoken language to text and vice versa. 4. Integration with pdf.ai: Fetch.ai's agents use this tool to analyze resumes.
