Bitlayer Launches First Dapp Ranking Competition with $20 Million BTR Token Rewards
Bitcoin Layer 2 project Bitlayer announced the launch of the first Dapp ranking competition for developer incentives on May 23. The specific activity time is from May 23 to June 23. In this competition, a token airdrop with a value of 20 million US dollars will be distributed to projects deployed on the Bitlayer mainnet according to their ecological contribution. All airdrops will be issued daily in the form of Bitlayer gems and will be exchanged for Bitlayer Token (BTR) according to the rules after TGE. According to the Dapp competition rules, projects can increase their Bitlayer ecological contribution by increasing TVL, increasing user interaction, increasing the number of effective users, and improving the popularity ranking, and obtain more Bitlayer gems. In addition, projects can choose to distribute the airdrop rewards to participating users. If fully distributed, the project's rewards will be automatically distributed to users after the competition ends. In addition to the airdrop rewards, Bitlayer also set up a $2 million listing fund and a $100 million liquidity fund to fully support ecological projects. The first Dapp ranking competition is part of the Bitlayer $50 million token developer incentive airdrop plan Ready Player One. After this competition, the remaining token rewards will be distributed through subsequent ranking competitions and the Bitlayer Most Valuable Player (MVP) plan.
