Analyst: The abnormal flow of spot Bitcoin ETF seems to be affected by investors' uncertainty about the Fed's rate hike path
According to Rachael Lucas, a cryptocurrency analyst at BTC Markets, the unusual flow of spot Bitcoin ETFs seems to have been affected by investors' uncertainty about the Fed's interest rate path, especially in light of the expected release of major economic reports by the United States on May 31. If US inflation data exceeds expectations and trends in personal income and spending rise, it may curb investors' optimistic sentiment about the Fed's possible rate cut in September. A more hawkish Fed may have a negative impact on demand for risk assets, including Bitcoin and related ETFs.
