London Court of Appeal Hears Lawsuit Against Multiple Exchanges Delisting BSV
The London Court of Appeals held a hearing for a lawsuit against multiple exchanges for delisting BSV. BSV Claims Ltd requested that the six defendants pay $9 billion in compensation to BSV holders for missing out on growth opportunities. The defendants argue that BSV token holders were not locked in and could sell and purchase other cryptocurrencies at any time, therefore they should not be held liable for compensation. The deadline for this case is three days.
