HKEX executives: Hong Kong market maker network brings ample liquidity to virtual asset spot ETFs
Brian Roberts, the head of securities product development at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, wrote an article titled "Virtual Asset Spot ETF Leads Investment Trends". He pointed out that there are currently 9 virtual asset ETFs listed in Hong Kong, including 6 new virtual asset spot ETFs. As of May 30th, the asset management scale of the 6 newly listed virtual asset spot ETFs exceeded HKD 2.3 billion, with an average daily turnover of HKD 46.17 million in the first month of listing. About 82% of the asset management scale belongs to Bitcoin spot ETFs, and the market maker network in the Hong Kong ETF market brings ample liquidity to these products.
