Raoul Pal: The vast majority of ETF flows are likely driven by arbitrage
Raoul Pal, former executive of Goldman Sachs and founder of macro research institution Real Vision, said that retail investors are not the "key driving force" of spot Bitcoin ETFs, and most of the funds come from arbitrage trading and hedge funds.
