GenomesDAO Raises Undisclosed Amount to Accelerate DTC Efforts and Develop Virtual Labs for Secure Monetization of Genomic Data
GenomesDAO, a biotech company based in London, has secured new funding from investors including Pantera Capital and Modular Capital. The amount of funding raised has not been disclosed. The company plans to use the funds to expand its direct-to-consumer efforts and develop its virtual labs. GenomesDAO offers a secure DNA data storage and sharing application called Genomes.io, which allows individuals to sequence, store, and monetize their genomic data while also providing biotech and pharmaceutical companies with access to genomic data for research and development purposes.
