Odaily News Fantom published a blog post announcing that the Seoul High Court ruled in favor of the Fantom Foundation against the Korean food technology startup SikSin, finding that AC led the development of Fatom. The case originated in 2019 when SikSin sued Fantom, claiming that they provided technical implementation services to Fantom, but Fantom failed to fulfill the service agreement.
