Kraken Co-Founder Donates $1 Million in Ether to Trump's Presidential Campaign
Jesse Powell, co-founder of Kraken, has donated $1 million to Donald Trump's presidential campaign, with most of the donation being made in ether. Powell joins the Winklevoss twins, founders of Gemini exchange, in supporting Trump's campaign. Trump has shown support for the crypto industry, accepting donations in crypto and calling for the U.S. to be a leader in the field, but has not yet proposed any specific policies. Despite efforts from the crypto community, the topic did not come up during the first presidential debate.
