Zivoe Announces Launch of RWA Credit Protocol to Boost Credit Accessibility
- The launch takes place in tandem with Zivoe’s Initial Tranche Offering (ITO).

Zivoe , a Real-World Asset (RWA) credit protocol, is excited to announce its forthcoming launch, with a targeted launch date of July 31. This event represents a critical turning point in the use of Blockchain technology to democratize credit accessibility.
Zivoe connects on-chain liquidity with actual borrowers in an effort to increase credit access. To start, Zivoe will provide higher interest rates to customers by issuing on-chain loans to a carefully chosen and regulated lending partner. Long-term, Zivoe intends to interact directly with customers in order to close the gap between conventional financial (TradFi) systems and on-chain finance.
The launch takes place in tandem with Zivoe’s Initial Tranche Offering (ITO), a novel liquidity bootstrapping mechanism intended to draw in early Total Value Locked (TVL). Stablecoin deposits into Zivoe’s senior or junior tranches allow liquidity providers (LPs) to receive Tranche Tokens in return. With a special purpose vehicle (SPV) backed by the cash flows from consumer loans, Zivoe’s loan portfolio is secured, and these tokens are intended to provide risk-stratified exposure to it. These tokens may also be staked in order to earn yields on real-world consumer loans.
In exchange for their involvement in Zivoe’s governance framework, ITO participants will also be entitled to receive $ZVE, the platform’s native governance and utility token, which will eventually be airdropped. The ITO is slated to start on July 31 and last for 30 days.
Zivoe has successfully secured $8.35 million in a fundraising round led by a team with substantial expertise in both TradFi consumer lending and decentralized finance (DeFi). Notable investors in the round include Andrew Keys, Iceberg Capital, Concave, and others.
Kristal Gruevski, Founder and General Counsel of Zivoe:
“We are grateful to reach this significant milestone and blessed to introduce an innovative solution to the traditional lending industry. Our ITO will provide DeFi users (US Accredited Investors and Non-US persons only) with unprecedented access to the consumer credit market. This is just the beginning of a new era where blockchain technology and real-world lending converge. We are beyond excited to help millions of underserved individuals around the world while bringing a new RWA to DeFi.”
