Odaily News In a guideline released on Friday, Swiss financial
market regulator FINMA said that stablecoin issuers operating in Switzerland pose risks to banks that work with them. If the stablecoin issuer violates regulations, the bank that provides default guarantees may suffer reputational damage due to its contractual relationship with the issuer and may also face legal risks.
