Elon Musk Talked About Bitcoin (BTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE)!
Elon Musk said that he accepts the value of Bitcoin, Dogecoin and other cryptocurrencies, but will not promote any cryptocurrencies.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk, known for his support for Dogecoin, participated in the X Takeover podcast hosted by the Tesla Owners Silicon Valley account on X.
Musk, who made statements about Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and the general crypto market, was asked to share his current views on Bitcoin.
Answering this question from a different angle, Musk said that he accepts the value of BTC, DOGE and other cryptocurrencies, but will not promote any cryptocurrencies.
Stating that he has a weakness for dogs and memes, Musk also admitted his fondness for Dogecoin.
However, the famous billionaire also warned that videos showing that he supports DOGE or cryptocurrencies are most likely deepfakes, and said:
“I think there is value in Bitcoin and maybe other cryptocurrencies, and I have a soft spot for Dogecoin because I love dogs and memes, but I have no intention of promoting any crypto.
I will not promote a cryptocurrency, mostly as a joke. If you see me pumping crypto, that's not me. “
While Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said he supports Doegecoin but will not promote it, his companies Tesla and SpaceX still accept DOGE for merchandise.
