The US SEC has approved the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust to be traded on the NYSE Arca
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the request for the listing of Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca. The SEC stated in a rule change document submitted last Friday: "The approval is based on the careful evaluation by the Commission of all statements and descriptions in the respective revised filings of the exchanges." The regulatory agency approved the trading of new derivative products authorized by the New York Stock Exchange Arca on Friday. On July 27th, it was reported that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had approved Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust Fund's 19b-4 form.
