Space and Time Labs Appoints Former Bitstamp Legal Chief as New CLO
Space and Time Labs, a Microsoft M12-backed firm developing a verifiable compute layer for blockchain and artificial intelligence, has named Rika Khurdayan as its chief legal officer. The announcement was made today.
Khyurdayan is a seasoned legal expert with significant experience in crypto and blockchain. Robinhood Markets, Inc. agreed to purchase Bitstamp in June , where she was the US chief legal officer, the world’s longest-running global crypto exchange. Before joining Bitstamp, she was the founder and managed KSTechLaw, a law firm that provided regulatory solutions to trading platforms, cryptocurrency investment funds, and token issuers.
Khurdayan stated:
