US Crypto Users Finding Ways to Claim Tokens Despite Exclusion from Airdrops

However, some U.S. crypto users still manage to claim tokens, which lawyers say could undermine efforts to avoid U.S. jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency startups face a dilemma as they need to tap into the American workforce, but also avoid violating strict financial regulations. EigenLayer, a popular Ethereum project, hired U.S. developers through a U.S. company and issued its EIGEN token from an offshore location to navigate these challenges.
