Galaxy Digital Research Director: French police may accuse Telegram of not complying with the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA)
Alex Thorn, head of research at cryptocurrency asset management company Galaxy Digital, stated in a post on X platform that "I guess they will accuse Telegram of not complying with the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA), which is a very bad law that requires platforms to be responsible for illegal user content. This responsibility is in stark contrast to the US Section 230, which exempts platforms from responsibility for user content."
