Massive Cryptocurrency Whale Sold Big During the Decline – Here are the Details
According to Onchain data, a major crypto whale appears to have sold a large amount of an altcoin.
According to information provided by crypto onchain analytics firm Lookonchain, a massive crypto whale has made a significant transaction in recent hours.
Data has revealed that a giant crypto whale sold exactly 19,000 ETH, or approximately $49.17 million.
The whale requested to withdraw 30,007 ETH worth $78.67 million, which it had staked, four days ago and withdrew 19,000 ETH of them to its wallet minutes ago.
According to the latest data, this whale moved $49.17 million worth of Ethereum to Coinbase, presumably for sale.
The transfer came at a time when the general cryptocurrency market was experiencing a small downward wave. According to the data, the ETH price saw a 5.58% decline in the last 24 hours. In liquidation data, a total of $150 million was liquidated in the general cryptocurrency market in the last 24 hours, while $51.74 million was liquidated in Ethereum.
When we evaluate it on a weekly basis, we see that the ETH price is trading at almost the same level as last week.
