Decrypt Announces Storage of Articles, Images and Videos on Walrus
Decrypt has announced that it will store news articles, videos and photos in Walrus, Sui's distributed storage solution, creating an immutable archive of content for encrypted media companies.
Speaking at the Token 2049 conference in Singapore on Tuesday, representatives from both companies said that reports from Web3 industry publications will be stored as data files called “blobs” on Walrus, a protocol built on the Layer 1 network Sui. The goal is to create a secure, “tamper-proof” record of Decrypt content that fosters trust in the publication's readers.
