SEC Commissioner Mark Uyeda admits their approach to crypto is a “disaster”
Share link:In this post: Mark Uyeda from the SEC says their approach to crypto has been a total disaster, with no clear guidelines for the industry. Crypto.com is suing the SEC for trying to regulate crypto outside of their legal limits, claiming most tokens shouldn’t be treated as securities. Coinbase has also sued the SEC and FDIC, accusing them of pushing banks to block crypto companies from accessing the banking system.
