Temasek chief investment officer: Trump's victory could lead to slower global economic growth
On October 29th, Singaporean state-owned investment company Temasek's Chief Investment Officer Rohit Sipahimalani stated that if Trump returns to the White House, it may not have a positive impact on the global economy and financial markets. Sipahimalani pointed out that the Trump administration's policies will lead to a slowdown in global economic growth, which will ultimately affect American companies. He also warned that higher interest rates and a stronger US dollar will have a negative impact on emerging markets.
