ChainCatcher reports that a federal judge in Pennsylvania, USA has returned the lawsuit involving renowned American entrepreneur Elon Musk's "million-dollar lottery" attempt to influence the US election back to the state court of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia prosecutor Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit against Musk and the "American Political Action Committee" on October 28th, accusing them of illegally operating a lottery in an attempt to influence the presidential election.

At a hearing on October 31st, Pennsylvania Judge Angelo Foliaetta stated that since Musk had applied for his lawsuit to be moved to federal court, he no longer had jurisdiction over it unless it was sent back by the federal court.

It is reported that Musk supported former U.S. President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and spent millions of dollars supporting his campaign. Through the "American Political Action Committee", Musk announced a $1 million prize draw aimed at increasing voter registration numbers in fiercely competitive areas.
