Largest crypto exchange Binance on my official blog reported that Amazon Web Services (AWS) will use artificial intelligence (AI) in its products.

As the platform representatives stated, artificial intelligence will help improve the work of the technical support service and solve user problems faster.

In addition, AI will be used to automatically diagnose internal systems and troubleshoot problems in the platform infrastructure.

В Binance noted that AI will make the “Know Your Customer” procedure even more technologically advanced and secure, speed up the verification of users’ documents and reduce the waiting time for approval.

During the tests, the artificial intelligence showed excellent results, clarified user requests and generated high-quality responses when working with clients, the exchange representatives emphasized.

This summer in Binance reported that they had used artificial intelligence against fraudsters and were thus able to prevent the theft of $2 billion of users' funds.

In this way, the exchange will use the capabilities of generative artificial intelligence to improve its operations in the global market.

Perhaps AI will help attract new participants to the platform, since the share Binance the market continues to fall.
