According to Odaily, BlackRock strategists pointed out in a recent report that due to stable economic growth prospects, the possibility of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates quickly is low. They stated: "We believe that by early 2025, the Federal Reserve may lower interest rates to about 3.5% or slightly higher."

BlackRock also noted that the minutes of the Federal Reserve's September meeting showed a gradual attitude towards rate cuts. They added: "We expect monetary policy to normalize rather than shift to an accommodative stance."
